Lake Holcomb Grand Opening
The Falls community came together to celebrate the official grand opening of Lake Holcomb on March 23rd. Lake Holcomb is the latest addition to the breathtaking natural beauty of our award-winning and amenity-rich community. The 100-acre lake boasts miles of nature trails, strategically-placed benches, a fishing dock, picnic areas and more. There’s easy access to the lake with ample parking via the newly completed Imperial Promenade Drive.
Developer of the Year
Real Estate Developer of Falls at Imperial Oaks, Jim Holcomb, of Holcomb Properties Company, earned the Developer of the Year award given by the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA). A commitment to providing residents with the best community lifestyle in Houston and valued amenities were driving factors that helped Holcomb Properties Company win Developer of the Year for the 3rd time. Other factors include their involvement in transportation, education, and housing initiatives and charitable contributions to organizations like HomeAid Houston.
Partners in Building New Model Home
Partners in Building had a Grand Opening Event for their new model home located in The Estates, featuring the first set of lake front homes available in the community. These homes offer residents the perfect water view of the 12-acre private Sundance Lakes with fountains. Attendees of the event enjoyed live music by the Black Cat Trio, activities for kids including a Moonwalk and ice cream, delicious food and prize giveaways. The new model home is located at 31430 Creekside Oaks Lane.
